Justin Cochran serves as Operations Manager for the Residential Escrow operations located in Central Indiana. He joined the Carmel office in May 2012 as Closing and Escrow Manager.
Justin’s tenure in the title industry is extensive and includes 20 years of closing, title, escrow and management in both traditional residential, commercial and REO transactions in Indiana and Kentucky.
Justin began his career in the title industry in 1996 as an Escrow Officer for a privately owned national title agency in downtown Indianapolis, Indiana. In his first 5 years in the industry, he was a closer, searcher, examiner and later manager of an escrow department. In 2000, he became Regional Manager expanding him geographically in Indiana and Kentucky.
In 2002, his experience led him to a privately owned agency in Indianapolis where he managed the Title and Escrow Operations.
In Justin’s free time he enjoys spending time with his wife, Amity and 2 children, Dane and Reagan as well as watching and playing sports and coaching his daughter’s softball team.
